+ How do I subscribe to the magazine?

Please subscribe to the magazine via the 'Magazine’ tab.

+ How will I receive my individual issue or subscription?

Your individual issues will be sent directly to your inbox, within 5 to 10 minutes after purchase. Subscribers will have their issues sent directly to their inboxes on the publication date of each new issue. Once you click on the subscription item, you will be prompted to pay for a yearly subscription. Afterwards, you will enter your payment information. Your subscription lasts one year from the day you signed up.

+ How do subscriptions work?

If you are purchasing an annual subscription, your subscription will automatically renew one year from the the date you signed up. Nonprofit Marketing Magazine will send two subscription renewal reminders 30 days before subscription is set to renew. If you do not cancel your subscription during the specified time frame, your card will automatically be charged $15.00 one year from the date your subscription started. For example, if you purchase a subscription on February 20, 2018 your subscription will renew on February 20, 2019 for $15.00.

+ What if I want to cancel my subscription?

While we are sad to see you go, we understand things happen. Simply email us with your name and the date you subscribed to and we will be happy to assist you. Please allow up to 72 hours for a response.

+ Are there refunds for cancelled subscriptions?

There are no refunds for cancelled subscriptions.

+ Do you offer a print edition?

Not at this time. We may offer a special edition print option in the future.
